
Hazelnut Matcha Latte

1. Sift & whisk the matcha:
Sift your matcha powder into a bowl or mug to avoid clumps. Add hot (but not boiling) water and whisk using a bamboo chasen or a small frother until smooth and frothy.
2. Warm the milk:
In a small saucepan, gently heat your milk. Stir in the hazelnut butter or hazelnut syrup and your sweetener. Whisk until everything is well combined and warm, but not boiling.
3. Combine & serve:
Pour the hazelnut-infused milk into your matcha. Stir gently to mix the layers — or leave slightly separated for a pretty effect.
4. Garnish (optional but lovely):
Top with a sprinkle of crushed hazelnuts or a light dusting of matcha powder for that café-style finish.
