What types of tea do you offer?

We offer a wide range of teas: black, green, white, oolong, pu-erh, rooibos, mate, herbal and fruit blends — plus matcha! And with more blends being added regularly.

How do I place an order on the website?

Place your order online — we’ll process it within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s in.

Make sure your address is correct — we can’t edit it after shipping.

How should I brew tea properly?

The best brewing method depends on the type of tea. Here are some general guidelines:

Black tea: 90-100°C (194-212°F), 3-5 minutes
Green tea: 70-85°C (158-185°F), 2-3 minutes
White tea: 75-85°C (167-185°F), 3-5 minutes
Oolong tea: 85-95°C (185-203°F), 3-5 minutes
Herbal tea: 95-100°C (203-212°F), 5-7 minutes
Always use fresh water and adjust steeping time to your taste preference!
