What types of tea do you offer?

We offer a wide range of teas: black, green, white, oolong, pu-erh, rooibos, mate, herbal and fruit blends — plus matcha! And with more blends being added regularly.

How do I place an order on the website?

Place your order online — we’ll process it within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s in.

Make sure your address is correct — we can’t edit it after shipping.

How should I brew tea properly?

The best brewing method depends on the type of tea. Here are some general guidelines:

Black tea: 90-100°C (194-212°F), 3-5 minutes
Green tea: 70-85°C (158-185°F), 2-3 minutes
White tea: 75-85°C (167-185°F), 3-5 minutes
Oolong tea: 85-95°C (185-203°F), 3-5 minutes
Herbal tea: 95-100°C (203-212°F), 5-7 minutes
Always use fresh water and adjust steeping time to your taste preference!

We ship all orders via An Post, carefully packed to ensure your tea arrives fresh and safe.

Can I track my order after it’s shipped?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can check the delivery status at any time.

Do you offer samples before buying full-size packs?

Yes! We include a free tea sample with every order. If you’d like to try a specific tea, just leave a note at checkout — we’ll do our best to add that blend as a sample (enough for 1–2 cups). It’s our little way of helping you discover your next favourite tea.

Can I order tea as a gift?

Absolutely! You can gift tea in two ways:
– We offer a digital gift card that can be sent directly to the recipient’s email — perfect for a last-minute or long-distance gift.
– All our orders are always beautifully packed, so your parcel is gift-ready right out of the box — no extra wrapping needed. Just add a note at checkout if you'd like us to include a small message for the person you’re gifting it to.
