We process and pack all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your order total and chosen shipping method.

At the moment, we ship anywhere in the Republic of Ireland via An Post. Standard delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Express delivery takes approximately 1-2 business days after dispatch.

We now offer optional shipping protection in partnership with Seel.

While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, postal carriers may occasionally delay, damage, or lose parcels. For this reason, we highly recommend adding shipping protection to your order at checkout.

Shipping protection is a small additional fee that covers your order in case of loss, damage, or delivery issues during transit.

If your protected order is affected, you can easily submit a claim through a simple online process. Once approved, you will receive a replacement or reimbursement according to the claim outcome.

Please note that orders without shipping protection are not covered for loss or damage once dispatched.
