BREWING METHOD
  1. Heat water to 95 °C (203 °F).
  2. Use 1 teaspoon of tea (≈ 2 g) per 240 ml (8 oz) of water.

  4. Strain and serve plain, or add a splash of milk or a drizzle of caramel syrup for extra richness.
