BREWING METHOD ▾
- Heat water to 95 °C (203 °F).
- Use 1 teaspoon of tea (≈ 2 g) per 240 ml (8 oz) of water.
- Steep for 3–5 minutes to bring out the citrus and cinnamon warmth.
- Strain and enjoy plain, or add a slice of orange for extra zest.
