How should I brew tea properly?

The best brewing method depends on the type of tea. Here are some general guidelines:

  • Black tea: 90-100°C (194-212°F), 3-5 minutes
  • Green tea: 70-85°C (158-185°F), 2-3 minutes
  • White tea: 75-85°C (167-185°F), 3-5 minutes
  • Oolong tea: 85-95°C (185-203°F), 3-5 minutes
  • Herbal tea: 95-100°C (203-212°F), 5-7 minutes
    Always use fresh water and adjust steeping time to your taste preference!

What delivery and payment options are available?

We currently ship anywhere in Ireland via An Post with two options:

     Standard delivery (€6): 2–5 business days;

     Free delivery: on orders over €50, also 2–5 business days.

 

We are actively working to shorten these delivery times.

For payment, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) as well as PayPal.

How should I store my tea to keep it fresh?

How does the subscription work and how do I change or cancel it?

Our subscription is set up in such a way that it is as convenient for you as possible:

1️⃣ First payment - immediately.

2️⃣ The second - after 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks (you choose the interval).

After the second debit cycle you can easily:

- change products in the following deliveries;

- adjust the frequency;

- switch off the subscription.

And yes, delivery is free if the order amount is €50 or more!
